Our inspiration
Our art is inspired by some of the graphic art from the 1950s – 1970s, particularly from comic-books, sci-fi novels and ‘B film’ posters. This Atompunk genre looks into the future from a pre-digital 20th century perspective. We love super-heroes, kooky alien creatures, space themes, weird science and robot worlds.
Our Products
We create all of our products in-house and we attempt to use recycled materials and parts as much as practical.
All of our products are one-off items. They are made as pieces of art and are NOT toys as they include breakable components (picture frames glass for instance).
Our framed items look particularly good hung as a group and we can offer combined postage for items purchased together.
We sell our products direct on this site and also have a small range on our Etsy shop.
We collect original vintage comics that match our artistic interest – from Action Comics to X-Men. we hold over 600 individual comics all of which are avaialble to be bought mounted and framed (size 300mm x 380mm) all ready to be hung as wall art. Prices range from £20 to £40 depending on the rarity and condition of the comic itself.
These are pages or part pages from vintage comics mounted in frames size 225mm x 175mm. Each strip gives a sense of the overall story and many of them show the most poular super heroes in action. All priced at £15 plus delivery.

A limited range of handbuilt, wooden framed working clocks. The face have actual comic-book ages appliqued so that each has a unique superhero theme. The clock itself has three sweeping hands driven by a battery powered mechanism. The clock can be wall hung or just used as a mantle clock. Price is £35 plus delivery.
Sculptures created from a variety of salvaged and found parts and materials. The “junk” parts used include vehicle components, plumbing fittings, kitchen utensils, electronic parts etc. Each model is unique and some have additional features such as battery operated lights. lights.
